Delete your account in the app
This is the fastest way. Open Vi and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You need to be online, and you may be asked to sign in again. Deleting can't be undone.
What is deleted
- Your name and your profile.
- Your access to your families, your links to kids and the invites you made.
- Your sign-in to Vi. Your Apple, Google or Microsoft account itself is not deleted.
- The copy of the calendar that Vi put on the phone where you delete your account.
- If you're the last adult in a family, the family, its events and the kids who don't live in another household are deleted, with their events.
What stays
- Kids who also live with others, and their events, stay with the other adults.
- Families with other adults stay. You just leave them.
- Events you added in families that have other adults stay there.
- If the family has a kid you're not a parent or guardian of, the family stays even if you're the last adult. You just leave it.
Crash and error reports and feedback from testers are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Don't have the app, or can't sign in?
Send an email to Lasse.rolstad@outlook.com from the email address you sign in with (your Apple, Google or Microsoft account), saying you want your Vi account deleted. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We can't remove the calendar copy on your phone. Sign out of Vi before you uninstall the app, and it goes away.
